Yum yum yum. Lemon bars are such an easy, homey, delicious dessert I sometimes wonder why I bother making anything else. These particular Lemon Bars are super duper extra lemon-y with more fresh juice and flavorful zest that you'll find in most recipes. There is also an option of adding a few almonds to the crust, which adds a bit of richness that pairs nicely with the bright lemon hit of the filling.
