I love love love this Blueberry Sorbet. The pureed blueberries swirled with a slightly thickened sugar syrup and then frozen makes for a most refreshing--and dramatically colored--summer treat. Don't have blueberries hanging around? This Melon Sorbet is equally cooling and delicious.
