Labor Day Isn't the End of Summer Eating

Labor Day Weekend may signal the end of some kind of summer, but it sure isn't the end of the summer fruit and vegetable season. Eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, okra, beans... these are all still rolling into markets. If you're cooking outside, don't forget to throw a few vegetables on the grill!
