Spicy Pickled Garlic

If you find braids of garlic at the farmers market you can certainly just use them as you regularly do in your cooking, or you could make Spicy Pickled Garlic and have a zesty homemade condiment on hand (these cloves are also great used in place of regular garlic in stir-fries and pastas).
