There wasn't much in our larder last night. We had the fixings for a Kale Salad, but a kale salad doesn't dinner make. I tossed some pasta with butter, poppyseeds, and the last gratings from a somewhat dried-out nub of gouda cheese in the back of the cheese drawer. It may not sound so appetizing when I describe it that way, but it really was tasty and I'll be sure to make it again soon. I love these kind of "what's in the house?" dinners - have you made any lately that turned out so good you'd make them again?
