This trio of Pork Pears and Chiles are roasted together - along with a few cloves of garlic - to amazing effect. It's a throw-everything-in-the-pot type dish that is easy enough any day of the week (although it needs a bit of roasting time) and delicious enough to serve guests on the weekend. I like it with spaetzle or egg noodles, but crusty bread will do the trick, too. A side of simple sauteed greens rounds things out perfectly.
