Homemade Ice Cream Puffs

These puffs are stuffed with ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce. I love love love to make them for dinner parties - often setting a pitcher of the warm chocolate sauce on the table for everyone to top their own. While I prefer a light drizzle as shown in the picture, I completely respect the fact that others (like my husband and son) tend to drown their profiteroles in a sea of chocolate.
