Start the Weekend With a Sidecar

I cannot tell a lie, I am thrilled with how this Fresh Pear Sidecar turned out. Instead of pear juice or pear nectar, I used a whole pureed pear for two cocktails. Have one this weekend and/or file it away for Thanksgiving. It's delicious, fresh, easy, and seasonal. Cheers!
