Stuffed Swiss Chard Leaves

These Stuffed Swiss Chard leaves are, though I say it myself, fabulous. Is it the earthy green chard? The slightly chewiness of short-grain rice? The rich ground lamb? The bright tomato sauce? All the veggies worked in? Yep, it's all of those together.
