Like the idea of the meatball soup I posted yesterday but not feeling complete love for that particular iteration? Try this trick (I use it a lot to make all the bowls of pureed vegetable soup I serve seem a bit more elaborate): make tiny meatballs and add them to any soup you like. Here I've put Tiny Soup Meatballs in Romesco Soup, but they are equally delicious in Cauliflower Soup and Carrot Sunchoke Soup.
