Preserved lemon and parsley are a favorite winter combination of mine (perhaps it's because they both grow in my backyard with very little attention required from me) - whether in a full-blown salad of their own or, a bit less maniacally, in this Preserved Lemon Parsley Salad Dressing. It's tasty on hearty greens like kale, drizzled on broiled fish, or added to roasted chicken.
