Lemon Sorbet With Olive Oil This Lemon Olive Oil Sorbet was inspire by the fabulous flavor of the lemon olive oil cake and a lemon olive oil dressing. This simple sorbet has a wonderfully creamy texture from the olive oil. Freeze it in a loaf pan, as pictured here, for a particularly elegant presentation, or just freeze in a larger container and scoop out. Either way, I suggest garnishing each serving with a tiny drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
