Cranberry Liqueur

There is still time to make a bottle or two of Cranberry Liqueur before Christmas to give or to serve. It's terribly easy to make (do it tonight after dinner!) and crazy delicious. Serve it well chilled in small glasses as a cordial after dinner, or use it in place of crème de cassis to make Kir Royale cocktails - it's a fabulous way to dress up lesser sparkling wine to wonderfully festive effect.
