Polenta and Soft Boiled Eggs

I just finished eating this bowl of reheated polenta I cooked using the same method as these Cheese and Pepper Grits topped with two Soft Boiled Eggs and some red chile flakes. I don't think anything could have tasted better on this chilly winter morning. I felt very Oliver Twist-like when I got to the bottom of the bowl. Please, sir, can I have some more?
