I will admit to mixed feelings, at best, about Valentine's Day. Forced or prescribed romance has never been quite to my taste, and it seems almost like it was designed to make single people feel bad. That said, I wish those who are celebrating it a very happy one. See some Valentine's Day menu ideas or just follow my romantic meal philosophy: Keep it simple (there is nothing romantic about an exhausted cook), keep it light (that "stuffed" feeling is not romantic by any stretch of the imagination), and, as always, keep it seasonal.
