This simple Mustard Cream is perfect for dolloping onto soups or serving alongside roasted meats. It is a simple little trick, and you should feel free to double, triple, or whatever you need for the group you're feeding.
Start with 1/2 cup whole milk yogurt, sour cream, or crème fraîche. Put it in a small bowl and stir well until completely smooth. Stir in 2 tsp. whole grain mustard until thoroughly combined. Taste. Add salt and more mustard to taste. Serve or cover and chill up to three days.
