This Sliced Winter Citrus Salad highlights oranges and Meyer lemons for an easy, delicious, refreshing dessert. Feel free to use all oranges if Meyer lemons prove too difficult (or expensive) to find, or add a crazy burst of color with some blood oranges. This is a great dinner party dessert – you make it ahead and let it sit. Be sure to serve it with a light sparkling drink like Prosecco to excellent effect.
