Ingredients:
- About 2 lbs. broccoli
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small fresh red chile (such as a Fresno), thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 -2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Trim broccoli and cut into large bite-size pieces. Toss broccoli with the oil. Transfer broccoli to a roasting pan. Sprinkle broccoli with sliced chile, lemon zest, and salt.
- Roast broccoli until tender and browning on the edges, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice to taste and serve.
