A little bit of yogurt thickens this easy yogurt and buttermilk dressing to a creamy consistency. Use full-fat yogurt and freshly ground black pepper for great flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
- In a small jar, whisk the yogurt, olive oil, salt, and honey with a fork till well-blended.
- Add the buttermilk, vinegar, and a few grindings of black pepper. Cap the jar tightly and shake till smooth.
Makes about 3/4 cup dressing.
