A little bit of yogurt thickens this easy yogurt and buttermilk dressing to a creamy consistency. Use full-fat yogurt and freshly ground black pepper for great flavor.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. honey (optional, for a sweeter dressing)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
In a small jar, combine buttermilk, yogurt, salt, honey (if using), and lemon juice or vinegar. Cap the jar tightly and shake till smooth. Add pepper to taste and shake to combine. Use or store, covered and chilled, for up to a week. Shake again before using.
