Simple steamed cauliflower is fine with a bit of butter and salt, but becomes a whole new dish with tossed with a bit of Mint Chutney
Yield: Makes 4 to 6 servings
Trim cauliflower and cut into florets (I like to keep them more or less bite-sized). Steam
the cauliflower until tender. Top with the Mint Chutney and toss to coat the cauliflower. Taste and add more mint chutney, if you like. Serve hot or at room temperature.
