Grilled peppers, like all grilled vegetables, are beyond easy to make. You pretty much just throw peppers on the grill....

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Sweet peppers - red, yellow, orange, purple, your choice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Heat a grill to medium-hot. You can core and halve or quarter the peppers, if you like, or grill smaller peppers whole.
  2. Brush the skin side of each piece with olive oil, place the peppers on the grill skin-side down, cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove skin, if you like, or let diners do it themselves. Sprinkle with salt and serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
