Stinging Nettles

Stinging nettles are a highlight of spring for local eaters around the country. Some foragers and farmers harvest and sell them at markets, but most people get theirs the old-fashioned way: foraging them themselves. If you're lucky they're growing as "weeds" in your garden and you can pull them there. Wherever you get your stinging nettles, here are some great ways to use them.
