My Favorite Farmers Market
My favorite farmer's market is in Sante Fe, at the Santa Fe Railyards downtown. It takes place on Saturday mornings.
It's My Favorite Farmers Market Because...
The market just recently expanded, and now has an indoor and outdoor area selling everything from dried chiles to fresh pastries to locally raised bison and artisanal cheeses. I love all of the only-in-Santa Fe stuff, and the smell of the chiles being roasted outside.
Tips and Tricks
- Park in the underground lot for the Railyard shops - street parking is hard to come by!
- Be sure to get a breakfast burrito or a bear claw to nosh on.
- Bring a couple of big, sturdy tote bags to carry all of your stuff.
